Case study: B2B PR Agency - Tech launch and trade sale
Simpatico PR was selected as B2B PR agency to support the UK launch of advertising technology company Chango in the UK.
Our brief was to:
• Rapidly build business profile and lead the debate on the growth of programmatic.
• Our unique content-planning system created imaginative and thought-provoking articles.
• Delivered trade and national media exposure that could be leveraged by Chango’s marketing team.
• Supported international profile for planned trade sale.
Our B2B PR agency programme create a distinct B2B brand persona for Chango, positioned the leadership team as expert commentators on key industry themes and highlighted the USPs of Chango’s tech proposition.
This approach enabled Chango to punch above its industry weight achieving regular trade media coverage as well as national exposure in the Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, Metro and City AM.
Simpatico PR also wrote for Chango’s quarterly magazine Programmatic Mind.
Chango was acquired by Rubicon Project for $122m in March 2015.
Rubicon Project gave Simpatico PR a wider brief to drive the profile of the enlarged proposition.
In our first six months working with Rubicon Project we’ve developed and pitched 10 thought-leadership ideas.
Delivered continuous exposure in national and trade media.
Engaged key tech and marketing trade journalists in team & proposition briefings.
